GROUP DENTAL INSURANCE

Providing ongoing protection for your employees against the cost of dental treatment from just £9 per month, per employee

Dental insurance is a very popular employee benefit, providing your staff with peace of mind that, the often costly, expense of essential dental treatment is covered. Buying dental cover for your employees improves health, as well as reducing absenteeism as part of a structured well-being programme.

Working with our Insurer Partner, Unum, WhyQ Health provides a cost-effective, yet comprehensive Group Dental Insurance solution for businesses of all shapes and sizes, from two-person SME start-ups to large corporate entities with 1,000’s of employees, with cover starting from just £9 per-person per-month.

Reduce Absenteeism & Increase Staff Retention

The NHS recommends that adults should be visiting their dentist every 12 to 24 months, yet according to 2018 research from Chemist U, less than 50% of the UK Adult population saw a dentist between 30th June 2016 and 30th June 2018. Poor dental health can lead to staff absences, with over 60% of the 39.2 million paid dental treatments carried out during 2017-18 classified as urgent.

Purchasing staff dental insurance via WhyQ Health will improve employee dental hygiene, reduce absences through urgent care as well as improving staff retention as part of a rounded wellbeing and employee benefits solution.

Choose from Different, Flexible Benefit Options from just £9 per month (per employee)

Our Dental insurance enables employees to claim back costly and essential dental treatment and is just £10 per month, per employee for the Essential (‘Radiant 1’) level of cover or £20 per month, per employee for the Enhanced ’Radiant 3’ level of cover (which also includes teeth whitening).
